HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION WITH US

• Valid driver's license. You must be 21+ age to rent our cars. 
• Auto insurance policy (not the insurance card) binder/declaration/verification of insurance in PDF format of your coverages. Please no screenshots. You should receive one in the mail or you can download it on the app.

Insurance must include:

• Effective policy dates
• Additional Driver(s). Names of all drivers that will be driving the vehicle
• Collision and comprehensive coverage deductible must be at $500. Please call your insurance to make changes. Insurance companies do not allow you to add rental cars to your personal policy. 

Once your insurance documents are approved, you will receive two invoices via email of $250 security deposit and rental fee. Security Deposit has to be made to confirm your reservation and will be refunded to you at the end of your trip. For rental fee, you may pay in advance or the day of pickup.

You will also receive a contract via email for you to review and sign. It guarantees you the quoted rate, a vehicle during your time frame, term agreement, your security deposit, and rental fee. 

NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BOOKING ARE FIRM.  RENTAL FEE IF PAID IN ADVANCE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if your reservation is cancelled a week to the start date. You will have to forfeit all payments.

Once you place your payment, you will receive a via text and emailed receipt. You also will receive text reminder for pickup and drop off date.
