HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION WITH US

• Valid driver's license
• Auto insurance policy (not the insurance card) binder/declaration/verification of insurance in PDF format of your coverages. Please no screenshots. You should receive one in the mail or you can download it on the app.

Insurance must include:

• Names of all drivers that will be driving the vehicle
• Effective policy dates
• Collision and comprehensive coverage deductible of $500
•  Insurance companies do not allow you to add rental cars to your personal policy. 

Once your insurance documents are approved, you will receive an invoice via email of $250 security deposit (refundable) and has to be made to confirm booking. For rental fees you may pay in advance or the day of pickup. It guarantees you the quoted rate, a vehicle during your time frame, and your security deposit will be refunded if you follow the contract's terms which you will be signing upon pickup.

NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BOOKING ARE FIRM.  RENTAL FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED EXCEPT SECURITY DEPOSIT if your reservation is canceled prior to the start date. 

Once you place your payment, you will receive a via text and emailed receipt. You also will receive text reminder for pickup and drop off date.
